I could do with a workbook for the summer hols for my soon to be Y4 dd. Does anyone have any advice?

I use Toe by Toe for reading but I am looking for a workbook/manual for writing and maths!

There's a maths workbook that follows the Toe by Toe style see-'Power of Two' www.powerof2.co.uk

For learning the Alphabet Code along with spelling (writing) I suggest you look at Ruth Miskin's workbook for parents:'Speed Sounds Lesson Plans'. A photocopiable worksheet is provided for each lesson alongside a scripted lesson plan.

or, much cheaper:
The Butterfly Book: a reading and writing course by Irina Tyk. Pub. Civitas www.civitas.org.uk/butterfly/index.php
