Daughter with dyslexia & sleep problems

My daughter is taking her GCSEs in May & for the last year has not been going to school regularly. On an average school night she can't sleep until about 2pm & then can't get up for school. I have restricted her access to the internet at night & in the day but this makes no difference. She had CBT last year at CAMHS but I don't know what else to do! Because of her age the doctors will only refer her to CAMHS & this hasn't worked. Her school is next to useless. They are keen on kids not having time off school but when they are off repeatedly do nothing. Please can anyone help me?

It may not help her, but magnesium supplements and/ or spray help my son who has sleep issues.

Hi there, I had the same problem with my son, I would recommend contacting a sleep coach that I used in the past. Her name is Daria she is offering free email consultation at the moment, because of the COV-19. She had a background in psychology she was really amazing for my son.
I have her email address, [email protected] I know that they have a website but it looks like is under construction or something. Good luck!
