Hello,
I am desperate for advice and will try to keep it at short as possible. My son has autism and I have decided to start him on ABA program. He has just completed his assessment and I am currently looking for a primary school that is open to ABA. My son currently attends mainstream primary and is in year 1. He exhibits challenging behaviour and has been excluded formally and informally several times and is on a reduced timetable. He was unsuccessful with getting into ASD unit and special school is full and I am aware that his current school no longer wants him there. I have to name a school by Monday on draft EHCP and I am struggling to find a school that is open to ABA. As the issue is only behaviour I do not believe special school is he right environment for him. I am preferrably looking for mainstream school open to ABA but am considering non-selective independent school. Looking in the borough of Greenwich, Bexley, Bromley & Lewisham.
Thank you
