As the title says.
Has anyone ever been given a way to determine if your child is behaving a certain way because of their ASD and not puberty or hormones etc My Aspie girl is acting like a withdrawn teenager at almost 11 that's normal I know, but how do I know what is hormonal?
She his currently undiagnosed and its always been hard to tell what behaviour she can and cannot help. How do u deferentiate between what can be changed / modified and what is out of her control.
I am concerned that the lack of diagnosis and therefore help, is maybe making her withdraw. She has no verbal communication issues, but refuses to engage with discussion that may give me insight.

Is there a way to tell what behaviour is down to ASD and what is puberty?
