I know many on here have far more serious problems than this so apologies in advance for something that may seem small.

Could I please have your immediate reaction to this please, pull socks up or a problem you recognise.

Very loud, to the extent of losing voice.
Never stops talking.
Makes friends easily, but many the same as the child, or make allowances for child. Others move on, so trouble keeping some friends.
Doesn't understand authority/ believing teachers are the same as them.
But not cheeky, just a bit pally.
Organisational nightmare, several detentions in one term for this.
Always receiving bad points which add up to HT detention.
Not completing homework and handing in, this has improved I believe.
A bit vague here but seems to live in a different world to the rest of us, just doesn't seem to understand acceptable behaviour.
Has never been really naughty at school fighting etc but always getting into little bits of trouble.
Child is 12 and has been like this from about 3 years old.
Doesn't see consequences of actions, speaks before thinking.

If you do recognise these traits what would you do as a parent/ want the school to do.
