Frensham Heights, Surrey for dyslexic 12 year old?

My daughter is really struggling at her very pressurised (aren't they all?), very academic secondary school. She is dyslexic with a very poor working memory and maths is her particular weakness. She has just had a predicted grade for her maths GCSE of a D (she's 12 FFS - leave her alone!!), which isn't very encouraging! She is also having trouble making friends and her lack of confidence in her work is not helping her in this.

We are considering moving her to Frensham Heights which is quite local to us. I've been to an open morning and was very impressed with it and think it would suit her very well. However, I didn't get to speak to anyone about provision for special needs so wondered if anyone on here had any advice/ experience of the school. I'm hoping to go back and speak to the SENCO, but in the meantime any advice much appreciated... thanks.

We now have the offer of a place, but still not sure if this is the right place for her!!

Well, I went to the open morning in November (was it the same one?) and spoke to a student who happened to be dyslexic and one of the specialist teachers and was very encouraged by what I heard, my DD (10) has just been diagnosed as dyslexic. They told me to send in her assessment when I had it (just got it now) and we could discuss it further. I would give the admissions tutor a ring and talk to her about it.

Oh sorry, didn't read your second post properly, that's not much help, watching with interest though.
