NE Derbyshire or South Yorkshire for SEN

Hello,

My daughter is just starting school and has an EHCP in place. We are moving either to NE Derbyshire or South Yorkshire (probably around Chesterfield and it's villages, or Sheffield and it's villages) in the coming year. We want to choose a primary school which is outstanding with SEN. Any suggestions about which local authorities in that area are doing a better job than others? Are these ranked somewhere? Anywhere to avoid? Thanks.
