London School for Aspergers

Has anyone had experience of Centre Academy in Battersea or the Moat School in Fulham?
Our ds (11yrs old) was recently diagnosed with Aspergers and suffers from anxiety. He is bright academically and has no behaviour issues. He is currently in a children's unit attending hospital school where he's well supported after a breakdown last Summer.(was due to transition to secondary school)
Any experiences would be most appreciated.

From what I've heard, the Moat is generally a better school than Centre, but I don't know what its experience with Asperger's is.

Try Priory Lodge School, Priory Lane, Roehampton. My son with very similar story to yours has made great progress at Priory Lodge. I am familiar with Moat and Centre Academy and I would say, particularly if your son is very anxious and vulnerable that Priory Lodge would probably cater for much better for his needs. They are much more flexible and will take great care to ensure your son does not relapse.
