We are a small start up and we use a virtual PA - she bills us monthly but she has a minimum retainer fee. As far as I know she has about 10 clients. I have completed the Gov online test and it has come back with an indeterminate answer as to whether she falls inside IR35 rules. Anyone else struggling to get their head around this?
