Pikkolo soft carrier??

I am researching slings/carriers for my soon to be born baby. I have heard that Baby Bjorns and other carriers where the baby is in the 'parachute position' are not good for babies hips and pelvis.

I have seen the Pikkolo carrier which looks good and appears to have baby sitting on his bottom rather than legs dangling out.

I can only buy the Pikkolo on certain websites though and can only find a few reveiews. Does anyone know if they are any good and are comfy?

Thanks in advance!

I have never tried a pikkolo but wished I had. I have seen good reviews of them by experienced babywearing mums and the reviews were all positive.

I don't think you'd be disappointed at all if that is the one you have your heart set on.

Consider also the Manduca, Connecta, Beco Butterfly, Ergo, Babyhawk and Sleepy Nico - all are the same kind of thing (though not all are suitable form birth)

If you can find a slingmeet near you you can try them out and get some rl advice

Looks nice but I'd still go for an Ergo or Connecta.
