Mei Tai for a 10 week old

I tried dd in my mei tai carrier a few weeks ago in the newborn position and she hated it.

I have been thinking about trying her in the normal baby carry position - Legs out and around me. But wonder if it might damage her legs in some way as she is so small.

Anyone done this position with a small baby before? Any other ideas? Thanks.

yeah i used to do legs out with ds3 because he hated his legs being inside too.
if the fabric is too wide between her legs you can use a hair elastic, or an elastic band round the bottom to bring it all in a bit
