Baby carriers for big babies

Hi 👋🏻
Has anyone got any advice on ideal baby carriers for heavy babies? My baby is now 17 weeks old and weighs 21lbs. His brother was born 11lbs 2oz so I didn’t have much luck with carriers the first time round either. I have a carrier from Argos, I think a fisher price one and it’s just not cutting it. It has a clip across the back for some support but it’s just not enough to be comfortable for any period of time. I have a 3.5 year old too so ideally I’d rather carry my new LO a lot than keep getting all the pushchair gear out.

Boba 4gs is great (but only parent facing), or the Ergobaby Omni 360. I have found both to offer excellent support for my heavy baby!

@Sandybval up to what size were they big enough?

DS has been in a toddler rucksack type carrier since about 8 months but it’s be great to find a big baby carrier.

With dc4 i bit the bullet and got a connecta, i had struggled with slings and big babies and a bad back, but after i watched my dsis attach a connecta and put her 2 year old in it i knew it was probably the sling for me. Dc4 was 11.6lbs at birth and i happily carried him round on front then backpack style for 3 years.
