Anyone else had problems with Connecta orders?

I wonder if I'm alone on this - I ordered a sling from Connecta (out of stock but website said it would ship end of July) and it never arrived! After three months of assurances that 'it would be despatched next week', it still hadn't arrived, so I asked for my money back.

The money was refunded immediately, which makes me think they never intended to send my order!

How disappointing! I pretty much lost the opportunity to use a sling with my baby for the last 3 months of her first year. Thank goodness I had been given a baby bjorn which I used for the first 5 months!

Anyway, moral of the story is if you order from them, only order one that is definitely in stock.
