can anyone tell me how many sons is in a can of coors light I read up and it said 4 5 syns but now I've realised that's for a bottle the can is bugger 500 ml so is it like 9 ?? I like beer T weekend and u was trying for a light 1

A 440ml can is 7.5 syns if that's any help.
I would probably say 8 syns
