Hello! I'm not on SW personally but I meal plan for my aunt who does follow it (she has learning difficulties so I write weekly menus/count syns etc. for her and she follows those). I'm always up for inspiration though!

B - overnight oats with fat free Greek yoghurt & frozen fruit (HexB)

L - harissa roasted vegetable salad & feta (HexA)

D - lamb & chickpea curry (cooked by my mum). It's this Jamie Oliver one without the coconut milk/oil. I think it's syn free but we 'allocated' 3 syns in case we missed any fat when we trimmed the lamb.

www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/lamb-recipes/lamb-chickpea-curry/

S - 2 portions of fruit, a muller light (1) and a jelly (1)

Helloo, new thread! Welcome @dottydally!

I'm being a bit more syntastic than I usually would today since I try and keep them low to go a bit over at weekends but still within my 15 today so it's not too bad.

L - ham and cheese pitta (hea and b) with lighter than light mayo (0.5 syn) and a packet of golden wonder (6.5 syns) and an apple

T - bang bang chicken with rice (4 syns for peanut butter, 1 for coconut milk), it's a Simply Cook recipe so I guess the little pots could be added syns but I can't see it on the app and they're only small so hopefully it's ok!

Afternoon! This week is flying by for me and I'm very aware I wasn't the best I could be especially on Monday with a few extra snacks so trying to clamp down on myself before Friday.

L - egg mayo roll (heb and 1 syn for mayo) with some crisps (6.5 syns), a groovy biscuit (6 syns) and some fruit

T - spag bol loaded with extra veg like grated courgette to bulk it out and make it more speedy and will load it with parmesan so using my two hea portions!

@GiveMeStrengthOrAHobby how could you forget your healthy As for the day?! I live for my cheese intake Grin

Good luck @Blondeshavemorefun!

I lost 1lb this week, slightly disappointed it wasn't 2lbs as that would take me to 2 stone lost but am still pleased with the loss since I have been eating crisps and biscuits all week! Going to take today and tomorrow as not cheat days but not strict days either then get back on it on Sunday and hope I can get another pound shifted this week.

B - not usually a breakfast person but today I've had two slices of white toast with crunchy peanut butter and raspberry jam, comes in at 20 syns but was soo worth it Grin

L - ham and cheese sandwich (HeA and B, 1 syn for mayo), probably a packet of crisps too and some fruit

T - the fish mannie will be today so thinking the fish curry James Martin made the other day on TV with rice and poppadoms

Probably be around the 30 syns mark by the time I'm finished today but could be worse Wine
