Hi Guys,
I've quickly realised planning and prep is key to success! (Yesterday was not a good day as I tried to wing it, went to the supermarket while the kids were at a club, bought too much wine and all of the yummy synful food. FFS. Day 2.)
So, as for the first time in AGES we have a free weekend, I thought I'd do some batch cooking so on the nights we do clubs (3/5 we don't get home until 7.30pm at the earliest) I'm not tempted just to face plant garlic bread and a bucket of wine.
So far I have:
- Veggie Chilli > www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/black-eyed-bean-and-vegetable-chilli-bowl
- Chicken and Bacon Pasta Bake > basementbakehouse.com/2019/07/syn-free-chicken-bacon-pasta-bake/
- Veg Lasange (basically tinned ratatouille, lasange sheets and hea cheese) - I've got that at 1 syn, but correct me if I'm wrong?
I'm sure there are loads more, and I'll add them when I find them.
It would be great if you could share your syn free or low syn recipes! Thank you
