(2 Posts)Your syns can be used as normal, so having dressing on your salad, cooking with oil or having or sauces with your meals is a complete go ahead.
I want to try a few days of SP days this week just to see what the results would be but I have a few questions if any one can help?
So I understand speed and protein foods then up to 10 syns a day but can I for example do a recipe that includes a food to be syned like honey? Would that affect it or is that ok. The book says to use free foods for sauces 🤯
