Shepherds pie syns

I am wanting to make shepherds pie tonight. I love creamy mash but to save me doing 2 different types of mash does anyone know the syn value for the new Elmlea plant based vegan cream (daughter has a dairy allergy)

Many thanks

I use raw egg in my mash potato. I beat up 2/3 eggs and the pour it in and mash and mix well. Very creamy. No one knew until this weekend that's how they had been eating mash in my house. It's obviously not good for egg allergies.

For the double cream it's 2 syns per level tablespoon and 1 syn for the single per level tablespoon.

I love mash made with egg. Yeah no good if your intolerant but if your not it makes it so creamy and have been doing it this way for years.
Alternatively I did a sheppards pie mix at the weekend but added slice par boiled potato on top instead it was lush as added a bit of crunchyness (aware that's probably not a word haha).

Thank you. I never thought to use egg I will try that next time. Although the plant based cream was actually really nice x
