Syns of oat so simple

Please can someone tell me the syns Of golden syrup flavour oat so simple?

Semi skinned milk just about measures as a Hexa for the big bowl size.

I tend to have the plain big bowl as a hexb with the milk as hexa. You can add a table spoon of golden syrup or honey for 2.5 syns, and i usually add cinnamon too.

@DeltaAlphaDelta thank you! That’s a good tip. I find the sashets easy for portions and microwaving but I will try this morning with normal oats and see how I get on

No problem. I tried with normal oats, but as the big bowl is there anyway it saves arsing about. I think the s/s milk for the big bowl is very slightly short of the full hexa amount, but its no more than a mouthful.
