Home made spag bol is good.
5% mince
Tin toms
Passata
Tom puree
Garlic
Oregano
Any dried pasta of your choice.
Quick and easy to make up. Also you can use the sauce mixture with any meat. Add what ever veggies you want to it. Onions peppers spinach aubergine courgette. Can make lasagne with it. Home made chips par boil, pop in a hot oven 20-30mins with fry light. Hope this helps a little.

stove top barbecue chicken

Always goes down well here - served with corn on the cob, salad and home made chips.

My husband usually hates all slimming world meals. I served him the bacon onion and potato bake last week and he loved it. Recipe off the pinch of nom website. I love the chicken satay off the same website. Add more chilly and swap the coconut milk for stock and it tastes just like the Chinese. My son eats them to although he’s not fussy

I am making salmon fish cakes tonight.Salmon fillets cooked and flaked, spring onion, paprika, an egg and mashed potato .I have done them before and they are lovely.

You can use any type of fish , canned crab is nice too!

Campfire Stew and Cuban Beef from the Pinch of Nom website have gone down very well recently.

I cook a lot from the Slimming Eats website too.

All go down well with whoever I feed them to.

Faux-jitas

Make very thin omelettes to use as wraps
Protein of choice
Jar of passata
Onions & peppers
Paprika
Fajita seasoning

Cook the rest of the stuff, wrap in the omelette, put in a baking dish, sprinkle with HEA cheese and pop it under the grill until cheese is melted & bubbly.

I think a roast dinner is the easiest to make and suit everyone. Roast a chicken and don’t eat the skin. Lots of veg. And I used to roast some potatoes separately for myself without oil, and they tasted fine.
