Breakfast ideas

Can anyone recommend any good breakfasts on SW? On weekdays I rarely have time to have anything cooked like eggs. And I don't like the overnight oats. Often I'll just grab an alpen light cereal bar which I believe is free or low syn on SW but it doesn't really fill me up.

Can anyone offer any breakfast inspiration that I can pre prepare or make quickly?

I really like baking the egg breakfast muffins! I batch cook 12 at a time and have one a day along with my pink lady apple and hi-fi bar.

Nothing wrong with an alpen light bar or two follow it up with fruit and yogurt when you get time

@thepinkp do you microwave them? I will give them a go 👍🏻

Fruit and yoghurt also good. On the weekends I will have bacon, toms etc. Sometimes an omelette. It's just weekdays that I struggle with and because I'm not eating much at breakfast I get hungry throughout the day

My week usually goes
Sunday Brunch
Monday cereal and fruit
Tuesday fruit salad with sweetened quark
Wednesday omelette
Thursday fruit and yoghurt
Friday fruity omelette
Saturday fruit and quark

On holidays etc I make egg muffins, waffles or pancakes.

I normally allow myself the 10 minutes to prep an omelette as it's quick and easy. I mix up my cereal to porridge, bran flakes, alpen or all bran.

If you like eggs you can boil a few at a time and keep them in the fridge ? I also have wholemeal toast (b) with a topping and syn it. Or if I'm at work 2 wheatabix with milk and banana.

We have a Joseph omelette maker for the microwave. It takes about two minutes for a decent omelette.
