Log into the app then tap the 'stay on track' but at the bottom. This will take you to the meal planner / syns bit.

Register on the website with your card number and pin from your book then you can log in using the app/website

Do you have an account if not set one up and in your book near where they record your weight, there should be a PIN number. I think I had to register on the website.

Does anyone know how to log in to view the syn count on the app? Someone at group mentioned this function this morning but i don't know how to do it.
