Breakfast: 2 pieces wholemeal toast, 2 eggs, 1 veggie sausage, beans

Lunch: mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto and fried (2 HEA + 3 syns), tomato and basil with balsamic

Dinner: probably pasta with tomato sauce

Snacks- nectarines and 50g halo top sea salt caramel

Usually eat more fruit and veg than this though! And typically graze on fruit all evening

I have been eating my own weight in strawberries and nectarines! I'm so glad to have something sweet to munch on and avoid the chocolate.

Mozzarella thing is an invention of my sister, but it's a brilliant quick meal. The liquid that comes out of the cheese can dress the salad as well.

I don’t mind overnight oats - haven’t done for a while but I don’t get why so many people rave about them

It still amazes me and df (soon to be dh) hence back on sw - that I can eat 3 huge meals and lose weight

He took the piss out of my potato bacon onion gratin thing earlier then smelt it and said smelt amazing so gave him some. He said yummy

But can’t get over how much freefood there is

I know. It's the pasta and potatoes that get me. I thrive on carbs and I think all the other diets where I've had to seriously restrict them might be the reason I've not managed to stick to them.

My DH has been thrilled with the meals so far, and for once we're both eating the same thing, which is going to make sticking to it longterm much, much easier for me.
