I'm a long time target member, and go to group most weeks, work shifts allowing. I like the social aspect of group, and sharing ideas. I find that being weighed weekly keeps me on track( don't have scales at home). I don't keep a complete food diary, but write in my diary each night how many syns I've had that day, what healthy extras I've had, and if I've had SP meals, also what exercise I've done. I just like the structure of being organised!
