How do you cope with a change in routine? I've just finished work for a few weeks off and I've ended up having two really bad days. I do well all day but then go over my syns in the evening. Just idly choosing the wrong things. I'm wondering if it's a bit of self sabotage. Before, I was able to choose fruit or yogurt etc, but now I'm in the chocolate drawer and I don't really know why. I'm worried I'm falling into old habits and I won't get back on it.
