Just that! I am currently on holiday and actually quite looking forward to detoxing from all the crap I’ve eaten - I’d like to do a few SP days or meals to get back on track, has anyone got anything good I can steal? I’ve got a few staples that get a bit boring...
Chicken curry with spicy broccoli
Chicken casserole
Beef stew
Chilli com carne with carrot chips
Chicken and veg skewers with salad.

Any and all ideas appreciated!

I came on to say the new SP book looks good.
A really easy SP meal is stir fried veg with quorn pieces/chicken/ prawns, or top the veg with tuna or salmon.

Thanks I’ll give the new book a look!

@florriepeck what would you flavour your stir fry with? Would you season the chicken/fish?

If stir frying veg and chicken/Quorn pieces together, I season with chinese 5 spice and soy sauce.
If frying a salmon or tuna steak in Frylight to top veg, I don't season that, just the veg, as above.

Steak on a bed of onions and peppers. Side of salad.

Mustard stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon with steamed veg

And if really hungry, I serve with a pickled egg!
Or a couple of scan bran, for filling power and extra fibre ( 1 syn each).

Nicely seasoned steak always seems like a treat to me, serve with Frylight fried onions & mushrooms & carrot mash. Or a big hearty salad. Yum.

Or bake some cod in the oven with cherry tomatoes and lemon. Have with salad or veggies of your choice!
