Oooh your lunch is a good idea. Thank you.

I can never manage to make fried rice. It just ends up grey and mushy when I try it.

The Aldi chipolatas sound good too. I usually have the Linda McCartney rosemary ones but a change would be nice.
I slipped up a couple of weeks ago and bought the Morrisons Italian chicken ones which turned out to be much higher.

I am working from old books so still only have one heA. I am going it alone as I can’t get to classes. I lost 2 stone a few years ago but put it all back on when I had dd.

Do you find that you still have the same losses having 2 heA?
Is it still the same amounts but 2 of them?
Some days it would be nice to have the option to have cheese as well as milk.

I would rather have 2 HeB choices though.

@WinkyisbackontheButterBeer I prefer the Lentil Curry Heinz Creationz (and it's free) but they're both ok really!
For chicken fried rice, i cook the chicken first (or buy ready cooked), then I do all the veg in a pan while the rice is cooking, strain and pour boiling water over. Chuck it straight in stir round, add soy sauce and chicken and serve pretty much immediately. Just checked it as I've left overs and it's cooled fine too. Lush with Mayflower Curry Sauce (like chippy curry sauce) 4.5 Syns per serving

@ARTLV if your turning fruit into smoothies I THINK (don't quote me but I'm 99% sure) you need to Syn it......

@Sforsh49 ah I didn't know that! Thank you for letting me know.
Just to double check- would it have syns even if nothing is added to the fruit? It's only ice and fruit blended.
Thanks again

Yes you do sin fruit in smoothies.

You have the same amount in each hex a, im still losing. I reached target a few weeks ago so get 2 hex b choices as well now, however im going to drop my target weight so will lose one when i do.

I think that the fruit in smoothies needs to be synned too. It always seems silly as I would have eaten it anyway but assume that it is something to do with the time taken to break down or how long it keeps you full.
