Hello, I was just wondering how successful slimming world has been for you if you are vegetarian? I would like to reduce my meat consumption due to a stomach disorder but worry that I may just feel hungry and then fill up on extra carbs like pasta etc and it lead to weight gain. I have tried the meat replacements but they’re not for me unfortunately!
We've cut down our meat consumption to about 2 days a week as the kids wanted to do it. Once you get the idea of 'lentils again' put off your head you can make most meals with different pulses or lentils. Green lentils and black beans are good mince substitutes
