Aldi slim well ready meals

Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find the answer I'm after.

I'm following SW but doing it by myself going by a friends SW lesson! Going well really.

Anywho, the weekends are a struggle (as I love a take away ) so I've tried some of the Aldi Slim well ready meals.

Thought it may be useful to add a list in a thread for peoples reference. So far from googling I think the below is correct. Could any more be added please?

Chicken tikka - free (nicest curry out of the 3 in my opinion)
Sweet potato curry - free
Chicken saag - free
3 bean chilli - 3 syns
Pasta and meatballs - 9 syns
Chicken chow mien - 8 syns
Lasagne - ?
Vegetable biryani - ?
Smokey bbq chicken - ?

With the curry I've had the walkers sensations popadoms, feels like a nice little treat on the side for 3 syns.

Would appreciate any blanks/extras added pretty please

SW don't have the syns online for these meals. Your best bet would be googling or one of the Facebook groups.

It might be ok to use the online syn calculator for an approximate amount.

That's the thing I don't get. The slimming world chicken tikka is 360 calories but classed as free.... 🤔 @Groovee

I have only had a handful of the SW meals, but I add extra veg or salad with it. I tend to cook my meals from scratch.

But I've lost 5.5st and maintained that weight for 13 months.

I count them as free, when you look at the calories and ingredients they are almost identical to SW ready meals.

The reason they don't appear on the app is because SW didn't like aldi 'copying' their branded products.

I couldn't find them in my Aldi yesterday but just realised that I didn't look in thr frozen section! Is that where they are?

I also count them as free as the ingredients are the same - it's just Slimming world being petty and not wanting people to buy them over the identical Iceland ones.

Sw won’t add any of the slim well meals as too alike to theirs

Tho cheaper lower cals and imo tastier
