Bulk cooking ideas

Hello I'm looking for some ideas for bulk cooking and for meals that can be frozen I work as a nurse and oh works full time so I need to be organised with meals as in the past have had a lot of take aways a habit I want to stop

I bulk cook and freeze portions of everything, even meals like risotto and stirfry. Anything I cook I triple up on and make 4 meals for the freezer.
Soup and dahl are my easy go to items as they cook easily and freeze easily.
