Syns in tsp of flaked almonds & desiccated coconut?

Hiya all

Used to do SW and considering joining again after having twins.

I really enjoy my morning porridge which I make with 1 tsp of desiccated coconut and 1 tsp flaked almonds.

Could anyone tell me the syns of those?

Wondering if I should change what I’m having as might be a lot of syns for breakfast.

Can’t decide whether to join online or just do it myself as I remember most things.

Anyone have any free breakfast ideas that are quick? I have 3 under 3 so everything is about saving time for me x x

Coconut is 4.5 syns for 1 level tablespoon
Flakes almonds is 7.5g for 25g

I would suggest eggy muffins for breakfast. I used 6 eggs and whip them up. Then in a 6 tin muffin tray, put in anything you like, ham, spring onion, peppers, mushrooms sweet corn then pour the eggs over and bake for 30 minutes on 160. I sometimes top with cheese. Then once cool I pop them in the fridge. Easy to munch on.

I make my porridge with water, mix in yoghurt then top with breakfast topper from Tesco in the freezers.
