Appetite after Implant Removal

Hiya

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this before..

Had my nexplanon removed on the 6th of this month and since then my appetite has been out of control. I had been maintaining my 5 stone 10lb loss for a year until then and now literally nothing can satisfy my hunger!!

Slipping back into old habits and off the SW plan which I love ☹️

Any tips guys?

I found when I was on the mini pill to have protein rich snacks to help fill me up.
