I really struggle with sp days, I find it really limiting as I LOOOVE carbs!! However, when I do a couple of days I find it so easy to be on plan for the rest of the week because I feel I have so much more choice
My consultant doesn't recommend sp weeks. He recommends that you do one day EE then SP the EE.
I don't do SP. love my carbs too much. But I might eat a sp meal. Scrambled egg mixed with ham, spring onions, some cheese and cherry tomatoes is a good breakfast for me. An omelette too. If I make chilli, I often serve with broccoli and salad.
