I started SW towards the end of last year. I set an interim target and after 11 weeks reached it. Then I was asked to set another target. I said to lose another stone. I think this might be quite unrealistic for me but will give it a go (am not sticking 100 % to plan I admit - I want a bit of a life!). My question is I understand that you can go free if you get to a target and stay at it. So should I have set myself a more realistic target so that I can go free in future?
You set your own target. I changed mine as I got to it but it was too hard to maintain so I altered it by a few lb. Now my 'best possible' is 3lb below my target weight so I can still get to it but it's not so hard to stick to.
