I had this several times over my journey.. I found going right back to basics helped, re-reading my books, keeping a good diary & in particular a SOS log was brilliant at getting me back on track. I cut out any tweaks, incorporated SP days to boost loss & get the motivation wheel turning which losses give you. I looked at my before photos which reminded me of why I started.. I found lots of inspiration on instagram with other people's success stories & recipe ideas.
Do you have a goal? A special occasion or party? My aim is to fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes and I'm in the stupid in between bit when actual clothes don't fit and maternity clothes are too big I make a meal plan and stick to it and I've roped in DH to my 'lifestyle change' so I'm not in it alone x
I was so dedicated to Slimming World when I first started, even though I was losing slowly it was still dropping off. But just lately I can't seem to get my head in the game. I'm constantly putting on because I just want to eat the house😭.
