Weight loss plateau

Hey!
I’ve been doing slimming world since may and have lost 1st 4! 💪🏻 Which I’m chuffed about! However the past 4/5 weeks my weight loss seems to have hit a plateau, I’m either saying the same or losing 0.5lb a week! I’m following the plan but I can’t seem to shift the rest of my weight! I’m 1st 10lb from target. I’m thinking of doing an SP week to give it a boost? Could there be any other reason why this could be happening? Any ladies have had any experience of this? It’s sooooo frustrating! Thanks x

This happened to me on the lead up to my target.

I decided to try new menus and some other changes like more fluids etc and managed to lose 2lbs that week taking me 1lb from target.

Try changing meals about and new snacks or Healthy extras and syns too x

Thanks for the advice I’m definitely changing my hex as I always use milk and hifi bars! Surely having 2 hifi bars a day can’t be helping? But I’m definitely going to shake it up this week and hopefully see better results! X

Also I have two muller lights most days could this be having an impact?!

I have lots of different free yoghurts as mullers are too runny for me. I know yoghurt affects my friend's loss.

I find when I have too many hifis it has an impact.

Wow! I’m thinking it’s possibly the Hifi and yogurts with me to be honest. There is probably lots of sugar! (I dare not check!) but I’m going to give it a week with out hifi and use different hexb and cut the yogurts also. See if it makes any difference, but it’s interesting to see the impact it can have on others weight x

My staples for HEB's are Ryvita fruit crunch, banana and strawberries on top. Seasame or multi grain ryvita with Philadelphia and tomatoes on top or ham. Tuna has been a favourite too. Weetabix/oats/all bran to use as overnight oats or bake muffins with. Rolls and slice of cheese for burgers. As a target member I often use dried fruit too.

I would swap muller lights for Skyr yogurt.
Skyr is high in protein and thick and creamy.
Mix with sugar free jelly or cinnamon or sugar free syrup of choice.
Muller lights are full of sugar imo

Thanks Groovee for the advice I’ll be trying some of these instead of the usual high fi bars definitely, and fingers crossed I hope to see better results next week! X

I’ll also definitely be trying the Skyr yogurts as I love yogurts but feel muller do me no favours at all! Hmm

The Lidl Skyr yoghurt is lovely and free. Watch with the arla ones as they have syns.

Yes I made the mistake of buying the Aldi ones the other week and realising they were synned afterwards! Confused are the Lidl ones in pouches or are they something else? X

They are now available in pouches or bigger tubs of about 350g
