Im a new member and this is my 4th week. How do you ladies get through your period week???

I craved sooo much and gained this week... help!!!!

It's normal to have a smaller loss or a gain when you're due on or just on.

It's the water retention sadly! Women can gain up to 9lb in water retention I read somewhere. I always try and make the best choices and hope that I'll see the results of losing the water and extra loss the week after with a bigger loss. smile
