Working nights

Hi everyone...
I just wanted a little help, I work nights and I get really stuck on what to take to work, I don't know whether to save my syns and healthy extras for the night or just take a load of speed foods and protein.
Anyone got any meal ideas and snacks I can take?

It's probably a question of experimenting and seeing what works best for you.
When I get up in the afternoon I tend to have some fruit to tied me over until the family come home and we have a Slimming World friendly dinner together. For work I usually take a flask of syn free soup fruit and another Syn Free meal cous cous or something like that ( I work 12 hours) then use my Healthy Extra again when I get in home in the morning. I always have chopped raw carrot, baby tomatoes, satsumas and cucumber at work in between as well just in case I get peckish. I also bring a huge bottle of water with me and HAVE TO DRINK IT (my rule) before I am allowed to go home in the morning!
Other people use their syns for the 3am energy dip.

Thank you, I will make a flask of soup,
Do you have something to eat before you go to work??
That's a really good idea about saving the syns for 3am 👍

I need carbs on a night shift! I always save my HexB for a sandwich or toast. And I use syns on hula hoops puft (3 syns) and a HiFi bar (3 syns) I keep a jar of bovril in my locker for a savoury drink. And a banana and a yogurt on hungry nights.
I always have my normal meal before work and when I get home I just go straight to bed and am asleep in 2 mins and have 'breakfast' when I wake up.
