How much did you lose in 12 weeks?

I understand it’s totally different for everyone. But I’m thinking of joining sw online with a 12 week countdown. I would really like to lose 2 stone in that time. Realistic?

Basically it’s my mother in laws 60th party in late August and there will be a huge amount of my other half’s extended family that I’ve never met. I’ve gained some weight due to my own problems recently and would really like to slim down a bit and look nice at the party and not feel so paranoid about how I look!

I lost 1.5 stone in that time. It's definitely do-able.

I'd lost 1st 2.5lb by week 12 after joining SW. (Initial weigh in classed as week 1)

But I had an awful second month and only lost 3lb overall that month (lots of celebrations and holidays)
My husband lost 2st in the same time period.

10lbs for me. It’s coming off really slow. I only joined to lose 2 stone and thought I’d be there by now. Sticking with it though!

I lost 2 stone 9 pounds in the first 12 weeks, but I did have 7 stone to lose....

I think the heavier you are the more you’ll lose. If you’re just in the overweight category maybe you would lose a stone. Morbidly obese maybe two?

3lbs less than 2 stone in 12 weeks was gutted. But I only have myself to blame as I had a really bad week during when I put on 5lbs. So without that it would have been a lovely 2 stone.

I've just for my 2stone award today after 12 weeks, completely possible I think when you have a goal, my gyne/infertility doctor gave me until 24th of July to get my BMI under 30 and now I'm at 29.3 :) I started mid April
