Hifi (or any other) bars/snacks

Are any of them any good?
Tempted to get some but just worried that they might not be worth the money...

I'm looking for things that I can stick in my bag for times when I'm out and about or at work and tempted to buy a chocolate bar or raid the office snack selection.....

I like them. I don't have them a lot but I like the salted caramel and the rocky road. Good for having for when I forget HEB choices now I'm at target I can have more or if I need something sweet.

Do they still do the peanut one? I used to love that. Very satisfying on PMT “hungry” days.

No they're not worth the money. Look out for special offers on the shop-bought Fibre One cake bars. Each one is 4 syns. www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/290536406 At the moment they're on offer in Tesco. They sell the chocolate brownie and lemon drizzle ones. You can get the salted caramel or cinnamon ones in other supermarkets.

Hifi bars are 3 syns each. Here's a list of other sweet-fix snacks for 3 syns:
Mini box smarties
Alpen Light ( Jaffa cake and Banoffee are my favourites and free if used as a healthy extra)
Mini milkyway
Large snack a jacks chocolate chip rice cake
12g chomp chocolate bar

Go ahead chocolate covered pretzel bites are about 4 syns
Sainsburys have just started selling Boka bars are 4syns each. There are four flavours. All yummy!

Oooh I love a chomp - will definitely grab some of those - and some of the Fibre One bars when I see them on offer - might skip the hifi bars then

I've always felt disappointed with the fibre one bars. They are so small and feel like a waste of syns!

Yes I love the chocolate mint one

I love them! loads of different flavours and more satisfying than a fibre one or Alpen bar. Alpen taste like cardboard to me.
My favourite is the chocolate orange.
And I don't think £1.95 is a bad price for 6.
Why not try a box?

I agree about the fibre one bar. They taste nice but they're really not worth 4 syns... problem with me though is I lack willpower so I never buy anything like that anyway cos I would just go through the whole pack in one sitting.

They're just OK. But too expensive for the six tiny bars.

Rather use heb for bread, cereals nuts etc

I like getting the mini bags of Cadbury fingers and using syns for when I need a sweet fix

they only work out 32p each which isn't bad i dont think. I keep one in my work bag for emergencies

Party rings in the mini bags are 4 or 4.5 syns. I find they are good for hitting the spot.
