How do you make your speed veg tasty?

Plain veg doesn't do it for me but I know I need to eat more of it. If I add salt and pepper or a bit of balsamic, it just doesn't appeal enough.
Any inspiration?

I use knorr vegetable stock pot (I'm vegetarian) to make a pint of gravy, keep it in the fridge and pour a bit on the veg every day.

i steam the veg, or use those steamfresh bags, and then i just put sriracha sauce on top and a little cheese. This is often my lunch by itself. I didnt see this was a slimming world post though, it just came up in active topics. I dont know about SW recipes, but I do do this a lot especially if im feeling a bit sluggish or heavy to up my veggie intake x

Lots of good ideas, thanks.
Is there anything that can be done without cooking?

I add Aldi "All Season" seasoning. I add it to my chips as well! Taste really good :) I think it's about 0.5 syn per tsp but I never syn it and it hasn't affected my weight loss but it's completely up to you! Schwartz have similar brand and I believe they're syn free.

Brocolli. Spray with frylight. Sprinkle with pepper and salt to your own taste. Grill 10-15 minutes until cooked and a little crispy. Yum.

I find veg is better if mixed in with other ingredients in the meal. For example, if I'm making SW Spag Bol, I ensure that a third of the ingredients are speed veg so it's 'hidden' in the sauce. I know it's not practical for all scenarios but if it's hidden then it may be less of a chore for you to eat it. Yes I know it then won't be a third once the pasta is added, however those some mushrooms or grate some extra carrot into it and voila, a third speed.

If you want alternatives to cookng it though, it's pretty hard other than trying to make a low syns dressing of some sort? I don't know how easy that would be though.

I chuck it in whatever meals I can to bulk it up. So chilli's, bologneses, curries, sweet and sour chicken, etc are half veg at least, makes it last further too. If I do rice I do vegetable rice - Fry the veg off, agg boiled rice, stir, 5 spice, garlic and soy sauce. I roast it in a tray with garlic salt, Spanish seasoning, basil etc to have alongside meals.

The secret is a well stocked spice cabinet! I have loads and loads and spices in my cabinet and am always experimenting, I need a bit of flavour on my veg!

Dried dill is an underrated herb, and can add a really good savoury flavour to veg, esp if you mix it with an oniony seasoning.

Great ideas. Never heard of sriracha sauce so will hunt it out.

I love French beans (green beans).
I put them in a heavy wide pan with olive oil, pork chops, onions (halfed), mushrooms, rosemary and garlic. Sometimes add whole fresh tomatoes. Quick and easy.
Or brown it all and roast in the oven and add in whole onions in the skins (with a drizzle of oil) . Also the garlic in the skins.
