I’m 5lb away from target.
What happens then? Do you increase your syns or HEA HEB?

The book I got on Tuesday is increase your HEB's at first.

Spoken to a few people and they said it's about finding out through trial and error on what works for you. My friend tends to increase her syns and maintains well. But today is the only day I've gone over my syns to have the cake my mum promised me I'd get at target. I'm trying the extra healthy extra B's to try and maintain at first.

Well done on getting to your target!!!

I know so many people end up falling back into bad habits and gain most of the weight back over a period of time so I want to work at this forever now.

I think the feeling of being fit, slim and healthy is a way nicer feeling than you get from eating cake (and I am/was a cake addict)

I've been at target since November and some days I have my extra B choice and some days I dont. Seems to be working for me.

I believe you increase your Healthy Extras, so you can have either 2 of each, 3 of one and 1 of the other, etc. or increase your syns.

There's honest rules you can increase eggs a little, increase Healthy extras, be very good 2 days a week, it's trial and error. I've been at target for ten years and do the same as Northernmum100. Group is free so it's great not paying but still getting all the support.
