A friend & i are about to join SW. I'd like to lose 2st. I'm currently 11st 4 & the heaviest I've ever been. I think if I drop some & eat better it may help aid in TTC. Also if I'm cooking the meals in the household it'll help DH too. What's everyone's experiences to begin with joining SW?
I've not joined to help conceive (although not ttc, will be in future so hopefully this will help in the long run). Joined last year initially but gave up. It takes a bit to et your head around, but once you crack it it's pretty easy to follow. Make sure you measure your Healthy Extras properly and writing things down helps track your eating habits too. Remember the 1/3 speed for every meal, this means it should be on your plate (not a side plate, or having fruit after! as that is just adding calories!) it should be in 'replace' of the more calorie laden food on you plate like pasta or potatoes etc. I've started again yesterday hoping to crack it this time!
