Gaining weight

I'm in my second week of SW. Lost 3.5lb in the first week. I've gained 2 over the last few days. I'm following the plan well so I'm quite gutted to be honest. Any advice. I know my scales are the same as the SW as I weighed myself after Monday's weigh in to check. Same clothing. Same time of day etc so what's not working? I've got a lot to lose and already feel defeated.

Don't weigh between weigh ins at SW. Our bodies fluctuate a lot over a week. My friend weighed in on Saturday as that was the only class she was able to get to. 3 days later she weighed in again and gained half a pound. It wasn't a true reflection of her weight as it was only a few days.
