I'm trying to get back on the SW wagon and would love some inspiration. I usually do stirfries and proper dinners with little or no fats and lots of veg. But I'm out of ideas. It'd be great to see what you tend to buy when you're following the plan. Thank you!

Just about to have bubble and squeak with quorn sausages for tea. So 3 syns. And extra veg, and maybe some baked beans. I’m starving. I’ve had nothing since 2pm.

Last night had chilli bean and pasta soup (home made, no syns).

Been snacking on my favorite treat - fat free Greek yogurt, mix in defrosted frozen mixed berries (makes it a bit like ice cream), then top with Sweet Freedom choc shot (1/2 a syn per teaspoon). It’s not that sweet, but very chocolaty, and the yogurt is very filling.

Was supposed to go to group tonight, but ds2 was ill. I’ll try to go on Wednesday instead.

Also discovered protein rich cheese. Not that nice ‘raw’, but lovely on a jacket potato with baked beans on top. Lovely and meaty cheese. And you can have 70g as an A choice.

I have the mindset of either do it, and do it 100%, or don’t bother at all. Depends which you want more - I was just so hot and sweaty on holiday this year that it kind of spoilt it for me. So I’m very determined.

I agree - I am all or nothing too, just digging for willpower at the moment! Thanks for the ideas - that's great. Good luck!
