Healthy extra a - milk & cheese

Hey everyone I'm new to slimming world, I wanted cereal this morning so I used 45g bran flakes for healthy extra b and I've used 100ml of semi skimmed milk - for my healthy extra a. I'll not use any more milk today as I don't take milk in tea or anything and I still have 150ml of milk as my healthy extra - could I have 1 laughing cow cheese triangle instead of the rest of the milk?

You can split your healthy extras as long as they are measured/portion controlled. Calcium is particularly important not just for bones it helps weight loss too so don't skip your HEA Smile

If you’re splitting HEA you need to ensure you have half each, so you will need to have another 25ml milk to get to half the milk allowance.

You can split your healthy extras.

In your case, just syn your milk instead cos you use very little of it anyway and just use your hexA allowance on cheese or whatever you like.

With hexA, I sometimes split mine. For example, I have 175ml skimmed milk and 20g lighter cheese, or I will syn my skimmed milk at 1.5 syn for 100ml and just use 40g cheese as my hexA.
