Meal plan for tomorrow (this is morefor my own accountability)
B - scrambled eggs on brown toast with cheese and roasted tomatoes (A & B)
L - Waitrose cajun chicken with salad and SW chips (1)
D - roast chicken with broccoli, potatoes and homemade from veg gravy (1)
Snacks - free yoghurt, fruit, mini flapjack and mini rocky road (6.5)
Starting SW tomorrow - doing it from home because I can't get to group until the new year so going to weigh in on my scales at home. I would say I am between 13-13st 7 at the minute, so I have a good 4st to lose. I've never been fat before so it's really depressing me and don't want to wait until January to do something about it! Although I will be having 24-26 December as flexi, I figure that doing it this way is better than the alternative (waiting until January and ending up with another half stone to lose.
Will post my weigh ins every Wednesday, anyone else in the same boat?
My target is 9 stone 7. (I'm between 5ft 6-7)
