Hi everyone ive been doing sw for over a year now for my wedding. I got married in may then carried on (didnt lose anything just trying to lose the wedding weight) as we wanted to try for a baby and i knew if i lost weight it would help. Im now pregnant and want to carry on as i want as much of a healthy pregnancy as possible but can anyone give me any advice about doing SW while pregnant please 😊

There's a booklet your consultant will give you. Congratulations!

I’m currently doing it and have been for my whole pregnancy (28wks) I have gained for most weeks which is hard but without it I would have gained soooo much more! Slowly starting to lose now, but I had about 3 stone to lose pre pregnancy.

I know ill find sticking to plan really hard esp if im gaining i know its down to baby but still wont make it any easier but ill just have to keep in my head i want to healthier instead of i want to lose foes the plan change much?

You get an extra A and B choice but otherwise nope smile
There was a heavily pregnant woman when I just found out I was expecting and she had lost a stone in her last 10 wks of pregnancy. So if it’s there to lose then you will lose it. You may not see the loses too cos as you lose the weight the baby might add some , but in the end you’ll weigh less if that makes sense?

Yes that makes sense ill look forward to the week baby is born and i have a massive loss lol
