Recovering from a 'bad' weekend

Staying with friends I hadn't seen for a while this weekend so ended up having a couple of days off plan and I reckon over 105 syns already.
Obviously I know if I get a gain this week on Thursday it's my own fault, but what are your tips for pulling it back after a bad couple of days?

Lots of water and plenty speed foods. Fill up on protein too.

I'm thinking minimising carbs might help too?

I have done the exact same, bad weekend too.... Had a zero carb day which I find leaves me feeling loads lighter! I also could do with tips as the weigh in is tomorrow...

I’ve heard lots of people saying that water helps flush you out but it only leaves me feeling heavier and when I weigh myself after drinking water throughout the day I’m a few pounds heavier......

Have a few SP days to get back on track. Worked for me following birthday, halloween and bonfire night all in rapid succession of each other.

Low carbs, GALLONS of water. Yes of course you will feel heavier immediately after drinking it; it’s the next day you will feel the difference. The more water you drink, the more your body will flush out.
