Is Diet Coke free??

Hi. I'm new to slimming world and I'm confused if Diet Coke is free or not? On the app is says free per 100ml. Any help would be great!

Just be wary of drinking loads of it. I found it really affects my weight loss and I only have one as an occasional treat.

@JaneEyre70 I agree. It’s the same with pasta for me. I know it’s free but if I do eat absolutely loads it does affect my loss. I don’t mound my plate just because it’s free so I do try and control my portions a bit. if I’m not full after I know I can always have more if needed but half the time I don’t actually need anymore.

That’s good to know thanks! It’s only really if I fancy a soft drink in the pub or feel like a treat when I’m craving something fizzy 😊
